How much does your service cost?
This is not going to answer your question. It will give you some idea of what we need to figure out before arriving at an arrangement. The things that will make most of the difference are how much prospecting/lead gen is necessary, how long is the sales cycle for your product, what events have to take place between decision and payment(integration, wireframes, etc).
How can we set this up to succeed ?
Open communication. You know what you can do.
